Strangers is a Southern California band originally formed as a seven-piece ensemble featuring Jai on bass, Najib on keys, Diego on trumpet, William on lead guitar, Ignacio on rhythm guitar and vocals, Trina on vocals, and Reiya on drums. The full band blends jazzy pop, soul, and classic rock, drawing inspiration from artists such as Sade, John Mayer, and the Eagles.

The Strangers Jazz Trio is a more intimate branch of the group featuring Jai on bass, Najib on keys, and Diego on trumpet. Created for cafés, lounges, restaurants, and relaxed evening events, the trio trades the full band’s energetic sound for a laid-back jazz atmosphere built around warm keys, melodic trumpet, and smooth bass grooves.

Their performances feature tasteful interpretations of jazz standards and familiar songs, with occasional Strangers originals sprinkled throughout. The trio’s adaptable sound can sit comfortably in the background of a cozy café or become the centerpiece of an intimate evening of live music.
