ERIC ALLEN

Eric Allen is an Americana, blues, and folk-country acoustic guitarist and singer-songwriter known for the authentic, soulful, and raspy sound that characterizes his original songs. If you like train songs, aligator songs, you’ll love his stories of the road, prowlin' wolves, longing, hope, and tomcats.

Eric has released 3 full-length albums: Downtrodden & Long-tongue Liar's Lounge (2025), Prowlin' Lobo Blues (2023), and Eric Allen (2021). These albums have been highly-rated in various British and American music magazines. His next album, Road Lizard of Moseytown, will release in the fall this year.

Eric is a true road lizard. He recently finished a solo tour playin' his songs in the UK and across the US in the fall 2025, and has been playing shows throughout Asia during the 1st half of 2026. Once upon a time, Eric worked in a federal maximum-security prison, served as faculty at an Ivy League law school, and worked in New York City before giving it all up to backpack 3 years alone through 45 countries in Asia, east Africa, eastern Europe, and the Middle East. And now, after all this ramblin', this troubadour is back in SoCal ready to play his story songs for you!
