Ashton York is a Southern California based singer songwriter. Originally from Napa, CA, Ashton’s music reflects a slower pace through his melancholy melodies, thoughtful lyrics, and laid back tempos. His debut album, titled “You Are My Sanity”, was released in February 2018. Its raw production and minimalistic approach adds to the heart of each song while providing the listener with an honest and relatable experience. Over the course of 2018, Ashton’s single, “Beach Song” garnered over 100,000 organic plays on Spotify, as well as over 1.5 million hits on YouTube. In March 2019, Ashton released a live, acoustic EP titled “Ellwood”. He is currently working on a series of singles which will be released throughout the year, most recently, “your Love is a light.”
