Let's enjoy astronomy with an ocean view! We will start with close-up views of a beautiful first quarter Moon. Close up views of the Moon's craters, mountains, and lava plains are truly amazing. As the evening progresses we will focus on the best double stars, star clusters, and nebulae the summer sky has to offer. . Our knowledgeable volunteer astronomers will be happy to teach you about the Moon, planets, and deep sky objects that adorn the summer sky.
